Known for his musical approach to production, Bass has built a career not only in the studio, but behind the boards as well. Producing, recording, mixing, and collaborating with artists such as: Mannie Fresh, Z-Ro, Juvenile, B.G., Devin the Dude, Bun B, Paul Wall...amongst others. Equally comfortable building a record from the ground up or shaping the final sound as an engineer. His work blends live musicianship, soulful textures, and unmistakable sonic character.

A veteran New Orleans record producer, engineer, and architect of the city's influential '90s hip-hop sound. Best knowns as a co-founder and in-house producer of Big Boy Records. He played a pivotal role in developing Mystikal's early sound. Producing, recording, and mixing signature records such as, "Y'all Ain't Ready Yet", and, "Here I Go". Whose credits also include the work of Juvenile, Ghetto Twiinz, Partners-In-Crime, Black Menace, G-Slimm, Fiend, and Willie D.
